低温共熔盐0.434LiNO_3-0.266LiOH·H_2O-0.3CH_3COOLi·2H_2O在80~90℃范围实现很好的熔融态.采用这种低温共熔盐制备出了锂离子电池正极材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.2)O_2,XRD检测显示材料结晶度高,具有规整的层状α-NaFeO_2结构,SEM扫描显示样品形貌均一,颗粒大小均匀.充放电测试表明,材料具有良好的电化学性能,在2.8~4.3V电压范围0.2C首次放电比容量为174.1mAh/g,循环20次后容量保留95%.

The cathode material LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.2)O_2 for lithium-ion battery is prepared using the eutectic molten salt 0.434LiNO_3-0.266LiOH·H_2O-0.3CH_3COOLi·2H_2O,which is in well molting state at 80-90℃.The well-layered α-NaFeO_2 structure and regular morphology are confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM).Electrochemical studies indicate the first discharge of this sample is 174.1mAh/g at a 0.2C between 2.8-4.3V and the discharge capacity retention of 95% after 20cycles.
