本文以圆管内 CaCO3 污垢的形成过程为研究对象,从传热传质的角度建立了一个圆管内 CaCO3 污垢形成过程的数学模型,利用化学反应模型对圆管内 CaCO3 污垢的形成过程进行了数值模拟,得到了 CaCO3 污垢的沉积率、剥蚀率以及污垢热阻随时间的变化规律.
本文以圓管內 CaCO3 汙垢的形成過程為研究對象,從傳熱傳質的角度建立瞭一箇圓管內 CaCO3 汙垢形成過程的數學模型,利用化學反應模型對圓管內 CaCO3 汙垢的形成過程進行瞭數值模擬,得到瞭 CaCO3 汙垢的沉積率、剝蝕率以及汙垢熱阻隨時間的變化規律.

In this paper, using the heat and mass transfer principle, a mathematical model is constructed in view of the CaCO3 fouling process in an inner tube. The finite rate chemical reaction model is applied to numerically simulate the process of CaCO3 fouling. Then the rule of fouling removal rate, fouling deposition rate and fouling resistance with running time is obtained.
