采用粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对百叶窗煤粉浓缩器内叶片表面区域的流场分布进行了详细测量,获得了叶片表面附近区域两相速度和流动角的分布.采用磨损率的半经验公式对叶片的磨损进行了预报,并进行了叶片磨损的工业实验.结果表明:叶片磨损严重的区域发生在叶片的下部;后级叶片较前级叶片磨损速度快;同一级叶片上,叶片后端磨损严重.

The gas-solid two phase flow in a louver coal concentrator (LCC) was investigated using Particle Dynamics Analyzer (PDA).The velocity and flow angle of the air/particle near the blade surface were obtained.The erosion of the blade was predicted using semi-empirical correlation for the erosion ratio.The industrial test of the erosion of the blade was carried out.The results show that the lower part of the blade is eroded heavily.The erosion ratio of the downstream blade is higher than that of upstream.At a blade, the erosion at the back is heavier than at the front.
