乐昌峡电站位于广东省乐昌市境内,电站总装机容量132MW,由于工程管理运行按"无人值班、少人值守"运行管理模式设计,且该工程是防洪与发电相结合的综合性工程,所以对设备运行状态实施在线监测,设备检修实现"状态检修(需修时修)",上述做法对乐昌峡电站的安全运行和提高经济效益而言是必要的。对此针对乐昌峡电站状态检修需要和机组的运行特点,对乐昌峡电站设备状态在线监测系统进行设计和规划,建立一套适合于乐昌峡电站的集成化、网络化的分布式在线监测分析平台,并通过配置可靠实用的的监测设备,实现数据采集及分析诊断地有机结合,为电站设备的在线监控和状态检修提供一个高效、智能化的决策环境。

악창협전참위우광동성악창시경내,전참총장궤용량132MW,유우공정관리운행안"무인치반、소인치수"운행관리모식설계,차해공정시방홍여발전상결합적종합성공정,소이대설비운행상태실시재선감측,설비검수실현"상태검수(수수시수)",상술주법대악창협전참적안전운행화제고경제효익이언시필요적。대차침대악창협전참상태검수수요화궤조적운행특점,대악창협전참설비상태재선감측계통진행설계화규화,건립일투괄합우악창협전참적집성화、망락화적분포식재선감측분석평태,병통과배치가고실용적적감측설비,실현수거채집급분석진단지유궤결합,위전참설비적재선감공화상태검수제공일개고효、지능화적결책배경。
Lechang Gorge power station is located in lechang city of Guangdong Province with a total capacity 132MW.Because the project management is designed according to "no duty,and less people unattended" running management mode and the project is a comprehensive one combined with flood control and power supply,online monitoring is carried out on equipment operation management while equipment maintenance requires "situation maintenance(required repair when necessary)".The above method on Lechang Gorge power station is necessary to a secure running and the improvement of economic benefits.This paper,based on the situation maintenance requirement and power unit running features,puts forward the design and planning for Lechang Gorge power station device status online monitoring system.The paper also gives suggestions on the establishment of online monitoring analysis platform which is integrated and network distributed.Meanwhile,by a configuration of reliable and practical monitoring device,data acquisition and analytical diagnosis are combined organically,which can provide an efficient and intelligent decision-making environment for power station equipment online monitoring and situation maintenance.
