报告采用游离包皮内板一期修复尿道下裂41例,获得良好疗效.术后并发尿痿4例,3例经尿瘘修补治愈,尿道狭窄3饲,2例经尿道扩张治愈.认为切除全部膜状尿道并与包皮内板皮管做斜口吻合,保留尿道支架管两周,避免其早期脱出,并以0.25%氯霉素溶液清洁支架臂,是预防上述并发症的有效措施.

41 cases of congenital hypospadias were operated on by one-stage urethroplasty with the free preputial flap in recent years after 1986.34 patients had satisfactory results, 4 had postoperative urethral fistula and 3 of them cured by seconary closure. Another 3 had urethrostenosis and two relieved by urethral dilatation. The followings are important in preventing the postoperative complications:1)the membranous urethra should be removed completely, 2)an oblique anastomosis should be made between the urethra and the preputial tube, 3)a urethral stent should be plased and kept for 2 weeks, 4)the stent should be cleansed with 0.25% Chloraphenicol solution every day after operation.
