本工作测量了元素Hf和W的L-X射线产生截面比Lβ/Lα在从阈能到32 keV能区内同能量的函数关系.实验结果表明,比值Lβ/Lα在阈能附近和入射能量有关,该特性完全不同于在较高能量处现有的L壳层数据及所有的K壳层数据,与他人发表的结果和两种理论预言也作了比较.

The x-ray production cross section ratios Lβ/Lα of elements Hf and W were measured as functions of electron ener-gies(from threshold up to 32 keV). The experimental results showed that ratio Lβ/Lα at near threshold depends directly on in-coming energy,which differs entirely from available L-shell data at higher energies and those on K-shell. Comparison with otherresults published and both theoretical predications have been performed.
