In this paper, the problem of trainee evaluation in dispatchertraining simulator (DTS) is raised,and the objects of evaluation are described. Based on analyses of several evaluation plans, difficulty coefficient subtraction method is presented, which can give the scores of trainees. Furthermore, an improved method, fuzzy synthetic evaluation, is presented. By these methods the intelligent trainee evaluation is realized.
