现代超声无损检测技术正向着数字化、自动化、智能化和系统化方向发展,材料缺陷检测中定位、定性、定量的可靠性将不断得到提高,超声波频谱分析是把数字频域分析的理论和方法应用于超声检测的技术.作者综述分析了在材料缺陷检测中超声频谱分析技术的应用发展和研究现状,指出简单的超声波原始信号能够提供的信息是有限的,远不能满足声波分析和特征识别的需要,须对其进行一定的加工和处理.通过对域函数图谱的识别、特征提取和分析,能获得更多有用信息,以便更好地指导工程实践.

Modern ultrasonic testing is developing towards digitization,automation,intelligentization,systematization. The reliability of location, quantitative and identification of the defects will be constantly improved. Ultrasonic spectrum analysis is the ultrasonic testing technology which puts into use the spectrum analysis theory and approach. The application of ultrasonic spectrum analysis and its developing prospect for flaw recognition are pointed out. Generally speaking, simple and primitive ultrasonic signals can provide relatively limited information and therefore are far from satisfying the need of sonic analysis and feature recognition. Through recognition of domain function chart as well as feature extraction and analysis, more useful information can be obtained to instruct the engineering application.
