各类异构的物流信息系统需要物流仿真软件Flexsim完全依照其特定需求建模与仿真,因此提出一种新的物流信息系统驱动Flexsim的仿真互操作机制,其基本思路是设计仿真互操作元数据,开发仿真互操作模块,使物流信息系统可用符合该元数据规范的数据通过互操作模块与Flexsim互操作.应用该机制,实现了仓储管理系统驱动Flexsim互操作,结果表明,该机制相比其他实现方式具有本质互操作性强、通用性强、实现代价低的优点.

Variant heterogeneous logistic information systems need Flexsim, a popular logistic simulation software, to model and simulate according to their given requests. A new interoperating mechanism of logistic information system driven Flexsim was proposed to address this situation. The key of the mechanism was to design simulation metadata and develop interoperation module in Flexsim with open engine. The module and data prescript by the metadata can connect Flexsim and logistic information systems' commands. Interoperation of warehouse management system driven Flexsim was implemented in the light of this mechanism, which indicates that the mechanism has the advantages of strong substantive interoperability, high compatibility and low implementation cost.
