对80名衡阳师范学院非体育教育专业的健康女大学生进行了测试,探索不同方式有氧运动(如太极拳、健身操、拉丁舞、慢跑)对血糖、血脂、血红蛋白的影响,综合评价几种有氧运动方式锻炼效果并比较其差异。结果发现:太极拳组的GLU、TC实验后都比实验前低,且实验前后差值与对照组相比有显著差异,其它测试指标实验前后无显著差异;健身操组、拉丁组、慢跑组的GLU、TG、TC、LDL、ApoB实验后都比实验前低,HDL、ApoAl实验后都比实验前高,且实验前后差值与对照组相比有显著差异,慢跑组对改善血脂成份相对较好,但运动组各组之间无显著性差异;四个组的HB值实验前后均无显著性差异。可见,太极拳组的运动对改善血脂效果相对较差,运动效果一般;健身操组、拉丁组、慢跑组的运动可降低血糖,改善血脂,运动效果良好,相对而言慢跑组效果最好。

Based on the test to 90 non - sports major healthy female college students of Hengyang Normal University, it explored the effects of different ways of aerobic exercise (such as:Tai chi, aerobics, Latin dance,jogging) on blood glucose, blood lipids, hemoglobin, and evaluated the effects of several kinds of aerobic exercise and compared their differences. The results showed that for the Tai Chi group, GLU, TC after the experiment were lower than that before,and compared with the control group, they were significantly different while other test indicators showed no obvious difference. For the aerobics Group, the Latin group, jogging group, GLU, TG, TC, LDL, ApoB after the experiment were lower than before the experiment, HDL, ApoA were higher than before it, and the differences were large. The jogging group were relatively better in improving the blood lipids, but there was no significant difference between the groups. was no big difference in HB for the four groups. It can be concluded: Tai chi has relatively poor effects on improving the blood lipids, and the exercise effects are in the middle; Aerobics, Latin, jogging can lower glucese, improve blood lipids, and the effects are excellent. Jogging has the best exercise effects.
