高校作为旅游专业人才集中和培养的地方,对接所在地方旅游业发展,为其提供大量的应用型人才和智力服务,不仅符合地方旅游业发展的需要,也有利于提高高校旅游专业教学、科研水平。就高校如何对接地方旅游业发展,实施学、做、研结合的培养措施、建立人才培训和智力服务对接机制等方面进行研究探讨。

고교작위여유전업인재집중화배양적지방,대접소재지방여유업발전,위기제공대량적응용형인재화지력복무,불부부합지방여유업발전적수요,야유리우제고고교여유전업교학、과연수평。취고교여하대접지방여유업발전,실시학、주、연결합적배양조시、건립인재배훈화지력복무대접궤제등방면진행연구탐토。
Colleges,as the central places of training professionals of tourism,serve the development of the local tourism industry and provide a large number of application-oriented talents and intelligence services for it,which not only can meet the needs of the development of local tourism,but also help improve tourism teaching and research level at colleges.The author does some researches on how colleges serve the development of the local tourism industry and take training measures of combining learning,doing,and research together to establish a kind of service system of personnel training and intelligence services.
