目的：探讨家庭式护理干预对精神分裂症住院患者康复的影响。方法：选择精神分裂症住院患者60例，将特需家庭式病房的30例患者作为研究组，普通精神科病房的30例作为对照组，对照组按常规治疗和护理，研究组在此基础上实施家庭化护理干预，观察比较两组服药依从性和社会功能缺陷筛选量表（ SDSS）评分情况。结果：研究组服药依从性、住院日、SDSS评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论：家庭式护理干预可提高患者服药依从性，缩短住院天数，提高治疗和康复效果。
목적：탐토가정식호리간예대정신분렬증주원환자강복적영향。방법：선택정신분렬증주원환자60례，장특수가정식병방적30례환자작위연구조，보통정신과병방적30례작위대조조，대조조안상규치료화호리，연구조재차기출상실시가정화호리간예，관찰비교량조복약의종성화사회공능결함사선량표（ SDSS）평분정황。결과：연구조복약의종성、주원일、SDSS평분여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。결론：가정식호리간예가제고환자복약의종성，축단주원천수，제고치료화강복효과。
Objective:To explore the influence of family nursing intervention model on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia . Methods:60 inpatients with schizophrenia were selected .30 inpatients who were in special required family -type wards were taken as the study group and other 30 inpatients in general psychiatric wards were taken as the control group .The patients in the control group were giv-en conventional treatment and nursing care;the family nursing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the study group . The compliance of medication and the score of SDSS were compared between the two groups .Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the compliance of medication ,hospitalization days and the score of SDSS between the two groups ( P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The family nursing intervention can enhance the compliance of medication of the patients ,shorten the hospi-talization days and improve the effect of treatment and rehabilitation as well .
