目的:探讨包皮环切术前心理干预的临床疗效.方法:所有患者均为成年男性需行包皮环切术者,157例男性患者.随机分为观察组79例和对照组78例.对照组不采用心理干预疗法;观察组采用术前心理干预.观察两组环切术前1 h、术前即刻的心率、血压变化情况及焦虑状态评分.结果:对照组前1 h、术前即刻的的心率、血压变化及焦虑状态的变化幅度明显高于观察组(P<0.05).结论:术前心理十预的疗效是积极有效的.

목적:탐토포피배절술전심리간예적림상료효.방법:소유환자균위성년남성수행포피배절술자,157례남성환자.수궤분위관찰조79례화대조조78례.대조조불채용심리간예요법;관찰조채용술전심리간예.관찰량조배절술전1 h、술전즉각적심솔、혈압변화정황급초필상태평분.결과:대조조전1 h、술전즉각적적심솔、혈압변화급초필상태적변화폭도명현고우관찰조(P<0.05).결론:술전심리십예적료효시적겁유효적.
Objective: To discuss the clinical curative effect of the foreskin eircumincision with preoperative mental intervention. Methods: All cases treated with the adult males' outer shin wreath slices operation were divided into two groups,the observation group accepted the preoperative mental intervention, while the control group did not accept it. Then the heart rate, variety of the blood pressure and graded anxiety estate of an hour before operation and instantly were observed. Results: There was statistical difference between the heart rate, variety of the blood pressure and graded anxiety estate of an hour before operation and instantly of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the circumincision preoperative mental is positive effect.
