采用化学破胶脱稳和压滤机械分离的化学强化固液分离技术处理江汉油田废弃饱和盐水钻井液(简称废钻井液).最佳固液分离工艺为:调节废钻井液的pH为6.5左右,先加入无机破胶剂(HWJ),HWJ的加入量为15 000 mg/L,以400 r/min的转速搅拌3 min,稀释1倍后,再加入有机破胶剂(HYJ),HYJ的加入量为300 mg/L,以120 r/min的转速搅拌5min.固液分离结果表明,分离后出水率达68.2%,而泥饼湿含量只有55.8%,废钻井液的COD由67 886.8 mg/L降至8 898.9 mg/L.
採用化學破膠脫穩和壓濾機械分離的化學彊化固液分離技術處理江漢油田廢棄飽和鹽水鑽井液(簡稱廢鑽井液).最佳固液分離工藝為:調節廢鑽井液的pH為6.5左右,先加入無機破膠劑(HWJ),HWJ的加入量為15 000 mg/L,以400 r/min的轉速攪拌3 min,稀釋1倍後,再加入有機破膠劑(HYJ),HYJ的加入量為300 mg/L,以120 r/min的轉速攪拌5min.固液分離結果錶明,分離後齣水率達68.2%,而泥餅濕含量隻有55.8%,廢鑽井液的COD由67 886.8 mg/L降至8 898.9 mg/L.

The waste saturated salt-water drilling fluid from Hanjiang oil field was treated by the enhanced solid-liquid separation process of chemical gel breaking and mechanical pressure filtration. The optimum process conditions are as follows; adjusting pH of the waste drilling fluid to about 6. 5, adding inorganic gel breaker (HWJ) with 15 000 mg/L of dosage, stirring at 400 r/min for 3 min, diluting the fluid by 1 fold, then adding organic gel breaker (HYJ) with 300 mg/L of dosage and stirring at 120 r/min for 5 min. The experimental results show that the separation effect is perfect with 68. 2% of water removal, 55. 8% of the filter cake moisture and the COD of the effluent is decreased from 67 886. 8 mg/L to 8 898.9 mg/L.
