目的 研究氟对镍钛弓丝的腐蚀性.方法 配制人工唾液和三种氟离子浓度(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%)的氟化人工唾液,选择四种镍钛弓丝,剪取末端直段,随机分为四组(0.05%组、0.10%组、0.15%和对照组),分别保存于人工唾液中.取出上述样本分别浸入相应浓度的氟化人工唾液,3min后取出,清洗后放回原人工唾液中,每天早、中、晚共三次,对照组不做浸入处理.28d后取出样本观察表面微观结构.结果 氟化物导致样本的微观结构出现腐蚀表现,但不同品牌样本表现不完全相同.结论 少量氟化物的存在就会加速镍钛弓丝的腐蚀,但这种加速作用还受到弓丝生产工艺的影响.

목적 연구불대얼태궁사적부식성.방법 배제인공타액화삼충불리자농도(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%)적불화인공타액,선택사충얼태궁사,전취말단직단,수궤분위사조(0.05%조、0.10%조、0.15%화대조조),분별보존우인공타액중.취출상술양본분별침입상응농도적불화인공타액,3min후취출,청세후방회원인공타액중,매천조、중、만공삼차,대조조불주침입처리.28d후취출양본관찰표면미관결구.결과 불화물도치양본적미관결구출현부식표현,단불동품패양본표현불완전상동.결론 소량불화물적존재취회가속얼태궁사적부식,단저충가속작용환수도궁사생산공예적영향.
Objective To observe the corrosion of nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) orthodontic wires induced by fluoride.Methods Artificial saliva and artificial saliva contained sodium fluoride at different F- concentrations (0.05%、0.10%、0.15%) were prepared. Four kinds of Ni-Ti orthodontic wires were divided into 4 groups (0.05% group, 0.10% group, 0.15% and control group) and kept in the artificial saliva. After being taken into artificial saliva contained fluoride for 3 min, the wires were rinsed with deionized water and then put back into artificial saliva. This procedure was repeated 3 times a day for 28 days. The micro-morphology of the wire surface was observed.Results Wires were corroded in artificial saliva contained fluoride. Various types of Ni-Ti wires showed different surface change at the same F- concentration.Conclusion Fluoride could accelerate the corrosion of Ni-Ti wire, and Ni-Ti wires from different manufacturers changed differently at the same F- concentration.
