[目的]研究Mn~(2+)浓度对库拉索芦荟根活力及体内芦荟苷、芦荟大黄素含量的影响.[方法]采用砂培试验.[结果]Mn~(2+)对芦荟根活力以及芦荟体内芦荟苷、芦荟大黄素含量均有影响.当营养液中Mn~(2+)浓度为1.0×10~(-5)mol/L时,芦荟根活力最高,芦荟苷和芦荟大黄素含量也最高;随着供Mn2+浓度的提高,芦荟体内Mn~(2+)含量不断增加.[结论]为生产出活性成分含量高的芦荟奠定基础.

[Objective] The effects of Mn~(2+) concentration on the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin in Aloe barbadensis Mill. were studied. [Method] The sandy culture experiment was carried out. [Result] The results showed that the trace element Manganese had significant effect on the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin. When the concentration of Mn~(2+) in the nutrient solution was 1.0×10~(-5)mol/L, the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin were the highest. The content of Mn~(2+) in the Aloe barbadensis Mill. increased as the concentration of Mn~(2+) supplied improved. [Conclusion] The study can lay the basis for producing the Aloe barbadensis Mill. with high content active components.
