多电平逆变器在中高压大功率场合得到了广泛的研究和应用.研究了二极管钳位型三电平逆变器的拓扑结构和7段式空间矢量SVPWM调制方法.给出了参考矢量所在区域的判断方法,推导工作矢量的作用时间.为解决中点电位平衡问题,提出了一种充分利用冗余电压矢量的中点控制方法.通过仿真验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.

The muhilevel inverter has been studied and widely used in high power applications for medium or high voltage.The structure of the three-level NPC inverter and seven-stage SVPWM modulation was described.Introduced the judging method of which region the reference vector is located,deduced the duty time of each vector.To solve neutral-point voltage balancing problem,a control method fully utilizing redundant voltage vectors was proposed.The validity of proposed method is demonstrated by the simulation results.
