目的探讨B型超声在挫伤性前房积血患者眼后段病变诊断中的意义.方法对眼钝挫伤前房积血患者75例(78只眼)进行B型超声检查,观察玻璃体及眼底的改变,并对其检查结果进行分析.结果 B型超声显示:78只眼中未见明显异常10只眼(12.82％),玻璃体混浊37只眼(47.44％),黄斑区水肿10只眼(12.82％)；玻璃体积血7只眼(8.97％)；玻璃体后脱离6只眼(7.69％)；视网膜或脉络膜出血5只眼(6.41％)；黄斑区视网膜前出血2只眼(2.56％)；视乳头水肿2只眼(2.56％)；后巩膜破裂伴周边部视网膜脱离及玻璃体积血1只眼(1.28％).结论 B型超声是眼后段疾病的一种重要检查方法,特别是对于眼钝挫伤所致前房积血的患者更有意义.为疾病的早期诊断及治疗提供依据.

Objective To investigate the value of B-scan ultrasound in diagnosis of posterior segment of eyeball in patients with ocular blunt trauma and hyphema.Methods Seventy-five patients (78 eyes) with hyphema caused by ocular blunt trauma underwent B-scan.The B-scan echograms of vitreous cavity and fundus were observed,and the results were analyzed. Results The B-scan echograms:in 78 eyes,without obvious abnormality 10 eyes (12.82％); vitreous opacity 37 eyes (47.44％); macular edema 10 eyes (12.82％); vitreous hemorrhage 7 eyes (8.97％); posterior vitreous detachment 6 eyes (7.69％); retinal hemorrhage or choroid hemorrhage 5 eyes (6.41％); epiretinal hemorrhage in macular 2 eyes (2.56％); papilledema 2 eyes (2.56％); rupture of posterior sclera with peripheral retinal detachment and vitreous hemorrhage 1 eye (1.28％). Conclusions B-scan ultrasound plays an important role in detecting posterior segment of eyeball diseases,especially in the patients with hyphema caused by ocular blunt trauma.B-scan technology is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of posterior segment of eyeball diseases.
