应用双功能超声对34例肝外伤进行了诊断研究.并将其声像图特征分为Ⅲ型:Ⅰ包膜下血肿.呈无回声暗区型;Ⅱ真性破裂.呈混合型(强回声与低回声,或无回声与强回声等);Ⅲ中央型破裂.呈强回声光团或无回声区型.其超声诊断符合率为97%.双功超声除能提示正确诊断外,尚可观察外伤区血流动力学改变,能确定合并假性动脉瘤及动门静脉瘘的诊断.

Thirty-four patients with liver injury were examined by duplex Doppler sonography. There were three types of liver injury according to tlae features of ultrasonography:(1)Capsular tears may reveal an no-echo fluid sonolucent area;(2)Small laceration or sublobar fracture may reveal high -and low-echo,or no-echo sonolucent area;(3)Center fracture of hepatic parenchyma in one or two lobes may;eveal high or no echo sonolucent area.The diagnostic coincidence ratio of ultrasonic exami-nation was 97%.To evaluate the possible liver injury,the Duplex doppler sonography may not only provide a right diagnosis,but also abserve the hemodynametic changes in injury area and can demon- strate the pressence of aneurysm and arterio-portal vein fistula.
