目的 探讨Ezrin和E-Cadherin蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与食管鳞癌浸润转移之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测55例食管鳞癌组织中Ezrin和E-Cadherin蛋白的表达.结果 Ezrin高表达与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度关系密切(P<0.05);E-Cadherin表达下调与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度关系密切(P<0.05);食管鳞癌中Ezrin和E-Cadherin蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 Ezrin蛋白高表达和E-Cadherin蛋白低表达在食管鳞癌的浸润转移过程中起着重要作用,提示二者在该过程中可能起着协同作用.

Objective To explore expression of Ezrin and E - Cadherin protein in the esophageal squamous carci-noma and its relationship with infiltration and metastasis. Methods The expressions of Ezrin and E - Cadherin protein in the esophageal squamous of 55 subjects were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The high expression of Ezrin were closely correlated with metastasis,invasive depth of esophageal squamous carcinoma(P < 0.05). The down reg-ulation of the expressions of E - Cadherin were closely correlated with metastasis, invasive depth of esophageal squamous carcinoma (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expressions of Ezrin protein and the expressions of E - Cadherin protein (P < 0.05). Conclusions The high expressions of Ezrin protein and the low expressios of E - Cad-herin plays the important roles during the process of the infiltration and metastasis of the esophageal squamous carcinoma, it indicates that they plays synergistic effect during during the process of the infiltration and metastasis.
