目的研究对二氯苯(PDCB)职业危害特点,为健康监护提供参考依据。方法采用气相色谱法监测作业现场PDCB空气浓度,并对41名PDCB作业工人和55名对照组工人进行医学检查。结果 PDCB作业工人神经衰弱与呼吸道刺激症状显著高于对照组,慢性咽充血与心电图异常率显著高于对照组,血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性与尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)水平显著高于对照组。结论 PDCB不仅具有肝肾和中枢神经系统毒性,而且具有呼吸道刺激作用。
目的研究對二氯苯(PDCB)職業危害特點,為健康鑑護提供參攷依據。方法採用氣相色譜法鑑測作業現場PDCB空氣濃度,併對41名PDCB作業工人和55名對照組工人進行醫學檢查。結果 PDCB作業工人神經衰弱與呼吸道刺激癥狀顯著高于對照組,慢性嚥充血與心電圖異常率顯著高于對照組,血清丙氨痠轉氨酶(ALT)活性與尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)水平顯著高于對照組。結論 PDCB不僅具有肝腎和中樞神經繫統毒性,而且具有呼吸道刺激作用。
목적연구대이록분(PDCB)직업위해특점,위건강감호제공삼고의거。방법채용기상색보법감측작업현장PDCB공기농도,병대41명PDCB작업공인화55명대조조공인진행의학검사。결과 PDCB작업공인신경쇠약여호흡도자격증상현저고우대조조,만성인충혈여심전도이상솔현저고우대조조,혈청병안산전안매(ALT)활성여뇨N-을선-β-D-안기포도당감매(NAG)수평현저고우대조조。결론 PDCB불부구유간신화중추신경계통독성,이차구유호흡도자격작용。
Objective To study the features of occupational hazards caused by para-dichlorobenzene(PDCB)and to lay a scientific basis for health surveillance of the employees exposed to it.Methods Air concentration of PDCB in the workplaces was measured by gas chromatography.And,medical check-up was performed for 41 workers exposed to PDCB and 55 controls.Results Prevalence of neurosis,respiratory stimulant symptoms,chronic pharyngeal congestion and abnormal ECG in the exposed workers was significantly higher than that in the controls.Activity of serum alanine transaminase(ALT)and urine level of N-Acety1-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)were significantly higher in the exposed group than those in the controls.Conclusions Exposure to PDCB could not only cause potential hepatonephro-and central neuro-toxicity,but also stimulate respiratory tract.
