柽柳是分布广泛的耐盐耐旱植物,温带干旱区重要物种.观测证明柽柳冠下有机凋落物的沉积作用是显著的,具有有机碳沉积埋藏的重要意义.有机质凋落沉积量与柽柳当年生长量关系不密切,但受当地水分条件、气温变化和风沙作用影响显著.在策勒绿洲前缘,柽柳冠下有机质凋落物年沉积量达到400g/m2.当多枝柽柳冠丛受到损伤或生长受到胁迫时,沉积明显增加,年生长量与凋落量之比(回归量)>40%;在时间序列上,有机凋落物与无机碎屑的主要沉积过程是明显分开的,有机凋落物沉积主要发生在冬季,占年沉积量的75%以上,而同期无机碎屑沉积量不足5%.沉积交替过程对有机凋落物形成了良好的埋藏保存作用;在空间范围上,有机凋落物并不是在冠下均匀或对称分布的.在风的影响下,冠丛下风侧有机凋落物被显著集中.冠丛丘的顶部只是无机碎屑的沉积中心区而并非有机凋落物.
檉柳是分佈廣汎的耐鹽耐旱植物,溫帶榦旱區重要物種.觀測證明檉柳冠下有機凋落物的沉積作用是顯著的,具有有機碳沉積埋藏的重要意義.有機質凋落沉積量與檉柳噹年生長量關繫不密切,但受噹地水分條件、氣溫變化和風沙作用影響顯著.在策勒綠洲前緣,檉柳冠下有機質凋落物年沉積量達到400g/m2.噹多枝檉柳冠叢受到損傷或生長受到脅迫時,沉積明顯增加,年生長量與凋落量之比(迴歸量)>40%;在時間序列上,有機凋落物與無機碎屑的主要沉積過程是明顯分開的,有機凋落物沉積主要髮生在鼕季,佔年沉積量的75%以上,而同期無機碎屑沉積量不足5%.沉積交替過程對有機凋落物形成瞭良好的埋藏保存作用;在空間範圍上,有機凋落物併不是在冠下均勻或對稱分佈的.在風的影響下,冠叢下風側有機凋落物被顯著集中.冠叢丘的頂部隻是無機碎屑的沉積中心區而併非有機凋落物.

Tamarix is widely distributed in the transitional zone between oasis and desert.The Cele National Field Observation Station for Desert Grassland and Ecosystem(Cele Station)at the western edge of the Cele artificial oasis was selected for this study.Tamarix grows with sand deposition and a Tamarix cone is formed.The growth of Tamarix cone is a process of soil carbon accumulation.We choose five Tamarix cones named A,B,C,D,and E in the station.We have counted the growth amount of the shrub and collected the litter-fall under the shrub to study the deposition of the litter-fall under Tamarix shrubs.Observations prove that the sedimentation of organic litter under Tamarix shrub is obvious and important for the burial of organic carbon.The relationship of the deposition of organic litter and growth of Tamarix is not closely related,but it is obviously affected by the local water conditions,temperature changes,and the wind and sand.The deposition of organic litter under Tamarix shrubs in the front of the Cele Oasis reaches 400g/m2.When the shrub of Tamarix ramosissima is injured or has growth pressure,the deposition increases obviously,and the ratio of annual growth to litter quantity will be more than 40%.In time series,the main deposit process of the organic litter and inorganic debris is clearly separated.The deposition of organic litter occurs mainly in winter,accounting for more than 75% in annual deposition,while inorganic deposition is less than 5% in the same period.The alternating deposition process forms a good preservation and burial of the organic litter.Spatially,the distribution of organic litter is not uniform nor symmetrical under the coronal of the Tamarix shrub.With influence of the wind,the organic litter mainly on the lee of the shrub.The top of the shrub cone is the deposition center of inorganic clasticmateriai rather than of organic litter.
