Alpha-lipoic acid Type 2 diabetes mellitus Diabetic painful neuropathy
目的 评价α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效.方法 2型糖尿病痛性神经病变患者48例,随机分为α-硫辛酸治疗组(治疗组)26例,甲钴胺治疗组(对照组)22例.比较治疗前后自发性神经痛、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、踝肱指数(ABI)等指标的改变.结果 两组患者治疗后自发性神经痛均有明显改善,治疗组和对照组治疗有效率分别为88.5%(23/26)和63.6%(14/22),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组神经传导速度的改善较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组踝肱指数(ABI)较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 α-硫辛酸可明显改善糖尿病痛性神经病变.

Objective To evaluate the effects of alpha-lipoic acid in treating diabetic painful neuropathy patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fortyeight patients were divided randomly into two groups and treated respectively with alphalipoic acid (26 patients as therapy group) and mecobalamin (22 patients as compared group). Observed and evaluated the changes for autogenic neuralgia, motor nerve conduction velocities (MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocities (SNCV), ankle brachial index(ABI) before and after the treatment. Results There were obvious improvement in autogenic neuralgia for two groups, the therapy effect was 88.5%(23/26) for the therapy group and 63.6%(14/22) for the compare group, the compared data between two groups had obvious discrepancy in statistics (P 0.05). The improvement in nerve conduction velocities of the therapy group was better than the compare group's, the compare data between two groups had obvious discrepancy in statistics (P < 0. 05). The ABI after the treatment was significantly improved than the ABI before the treatment for the therapy group (P<0.05), and there was no discrepancy in statistics before and after the treatment for the compare group (P>0.05). Conclusions Alphalipoic acid can obviously improve the symptoms of diabetic painful neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
