探讨烷基修饰淀粉用于T/C 50/50 14.5 tex纱的上浆工艺和浆纱效果.对采用烷基修饰淀粉和以PVA为主浆料两种浆纱配方的浆纱效果进行了对比,试验结果表明:采用低表面能的新型变性淀粉--烷基修饰淀粉RD-2作为主浆料,浆纱增强、减伸效果明显,纱线毛羽得到改善,在保证浆纱质量、提高织造效率的前提下,有效减少了PVA用量,降低了浆纱成本.
探討烷基脩飾澱粉用于T/C 50/50 14.5 tex紗的上漿工藝和漿紗效果.對採用烷基脩飾澱粉和以PVA為主漿料兩種漿紗配方的漿紗效果進行瞭對比,試驗結果錶明:採用低錶麵能的新型變性澱粉--烷基脩飾澱粉RD-2作為主漿料,漿紗增彊、減伸效果明顯,紗線毛羽得到改善,在保證漿紗質量、提高織造效率的前提下,有效減少瞭PVA用量,降低瞭漿紗成本.

Sizing processing and effect of alkyl modified starch replacing PVA on T/C 50/50 14.5 tex yarn were discussed. Two sizing instruction sizing effect I.e. Alkyl modified starch and PVA were contrasted. The test shows when alkyl modified starch RD-2 were selected as main size mixture,yarn strengthening could be increased,effect of reducing elongation is obvious,yarn hairiness could be decreased,in condition of ensuring sizing quality and increasing loom efficiency,usage of PVA could be reduced effectively,sizing cost could be reduced.
