棘自菌素是一组环脂肽类抗真菌活性化合物,结构中存在多个活性基团,稳定性差.本研究采用HPLC-PDA法检测,考察了温度、溶剂、pH、酸和光对菌株SIPI-M10合成的棘白菌素混合物中主要组分的影响.结果显示:棘白菌素混合物在室温甲醇溶液中稳定,在紫外光照射下不稳定,在碱性条件下易降解,酸性条件下易发生组分转化.

Echinocandins are a group of antifungal cyclo-lipopeptide compounds with many active groups in their structures. The stability of the echinocandins from the crude extracts of fermentation broth by strain SIPI-M10 was studied by HPLC-PDA under different conditions such as temperature, solvents, pH value, acid treatment and light irradiation. The results showed that echinocandins were generally stable in methanol solutions at room temperature, but unstable under ultraviolet irradiation, and were easily decomposed in alkaline solutions and could be transformed into other components in acid solutions.
