Under the great environment of the Market economy and refrom of open to the world,the socialization for institutions of higher learning has become a fundamental direction for its reform.This paper by using the constructional model technology to analyze the factors which influence its result and development of the rear service system.Thus,the scientific theoretical foundation may be provided for the whole operation and estimation for the rear service system.
