通过蒎烯水合反应生成主产物和副产物的分析,研究其与反应历程的关系.采用硫酸催化蒎烯的水合反应,考察了反应物配比、硫酸的浓度和反应温度等因素对反应结果的影响;同时对副产物的组成进行了GC-MS分析.结果表明,反应温度在15~20℃,硫酸浓度在27%时水合萜二醇的产率在89%以上,副产物1,4-桉叶油素等占50%以上.产物的比例是与水台反应历程有关.

The mechanism of hydration of pinene was investigated by analyzing the main product and by-products. The hydration of Pinene was catalyzed by H2SO4. The influences of the reactant ratio, concentration of H2SO4and reaction temperature and other factors were studied. At the same time, by-products were analyzed by the GC-MS and the reaction mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the yield of terpine hydrate was over 89 % and that of 1,4-cinenle and other by-products were over 50 %, at the conditions in which temperature was 15-20 ℃ and H2SO4 concentration was 27 %. The ratio of product was related to the mechenism of hydration of pinene.
