煤矿安全生产监测和监控系统中经常要监测一氧化碳气体的浓度,以往采用的软硬件设计方法在信息技术迅速发展的情况下已经显示出低性能,为了改进落后的传统设计方法,文中提出较为先进的设计理念和方法;以C8051F005单片机为核心,采用SureCell-CO(M)敏感元件、微弱信号放大器、红外遥控接收芯片以及DS18B20温度传感器等组件,设计了一个一氧化碳传感器;C8051F005单片机将采集的CO气体电信号经数据处理后送数码管显示,并比较输出报警信号.通过实验,该一氧化碳传感器参数设定方便、精度高、稳定性好,由此充分体现了C8051F005单片机强大的功能,一氧化碳传感器采用C8051F005单片机设计简单,抗干扰能力强,易于实现.
