通过阻抗管声学分析仪测试针刺非织造材料的吸声性能,探讨了纤维种类及细度、厚度、容重、空腔对材料吸声性能的影响,以及吸声性能与透气性的关系.结果表明,材料厚度与容重是影响吸声性能的主要因素.材料厚度与吸声系数成正线性相关,容重与吸声系数呈现明显的二次曲线变化规律.其它因素对吸声效果也有一定影响.

Several needle-punched nonwoyen samples are tested through impedance tube methods and some factors affecting the sound absorption properties are discussed,such as fiber type,fiber size,thickness,bulk density,air gap and air permeability.The research results indicate that the thickness and bulk density play more important roles.The relation between thickness and sound absorption coefficient is a positive linear correlation and that between bulk density and sound absorption coefficient is a quadratic correlation under different frequencies.
