对香草兰组培苗进行生根与移栽试验。结果表明：香草兰组培苗生根培养基MS＋6-BA 0.1mg/L与NAA0.1mg/L,生根率达100%。移栽基质为椰糠＋细沙＋苔藓（体积比1∶1∶1）,移栽成活率达82%。无主根组培苗在NAA 500 mg/L激素中速沾10 s后移栽成活率达60%以上。
대향초란조배묘진행생근여이재시험。결과표명：향초란조배묘생근배양기MS＋6-BA 0.1mg/L여NAA0.1mg/L,생근솔체100%。이재기질위야강＋세사＋태선（체적비1∶1∶1）,이재성활솔체82%。무주근조배묘재NAA 500 mg/L격소중속첨10 s후이재성활솔체60%이상。
Tissue culture seedlings were used as explants to investigate the factors influencing rooting and transplanting efficiency.The results showed that optimal rooting and seedling medium is MS＋6-BA 0.1mg/L＋NAA 0.1mg/L.The rooting rate was 100%.In the transplanting medium contained coconut husk,sand and moss（1∶1∶1）,the surviving rate of the plantlets could reached to 82%.The surviving rate of the plantlets without rooting,which were transplanted after soaking in the solution of NAA 500 mg/L for 10 s,could reached over 60%.
