探讨了用粒子群算法求解项目融资内部收益率的思路。目前内部收益率求解手段有很多,内部收益率的公式是一个多元非线性方程,传统数值方法多使用目标函数的导数信息,具有较快的、与初值有关的局部收敛性。但是对一些强非线性方程和方程组,传统方法易导致失败,有效性低。而粒子群算法有高度的适应性、鲁棒性和并行性,是一种高效的智能算法。通过实际的风电项目为案例,实验仿真结果表明了算法的有效性。

This paper discusses the ideas of solving internal financing return rate by PSO-based project. Currently, there is a lot of means to solve the internal rate of return, the formula of the internal rate of return is a multi-linear equation, traditional numerical methods often use the derivative information of the objective function, with its local convergence faster and related with initial value. However, to some strong non-linear equations and equations, traditional methods easily lead to failure and often low effectiveness. The PSO has a high degree of adaptability, robustness and parallelism. It is a highly intelligent algorithm, the paper took actual wind power project as a case, and simulation results showed the effectiveness of the algorithm.
