目的 探讨广西壮族自治区医护人员职业枯竭的主要影响因素.方法 采用多阶段按比例分层整群系统随机抽样法,使用自编医护人员职业枯竭量表为工具,对4 575名医护人员进行问卷调查.使用单因素、多因素分析及回归分析对数据进行处理.结果 社会环境因素是职业枯竭的保护因素,回归系数为-0.015;组织环境、工作环境、医院等级、工作科室是职业枯竭的危险因素,回归系数为0.040~0.258,P<0.05.结论 职业枯竭现象是一个受众多变量作用的复合现象,医护人员的职业枯竭与组织环境、工作环境、医院等级、工作科室有关.

Objective To investigate the main influencing factors on occupation burnout of medical staffs of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods By means of many phases stratified cluster system for a random sampling, via using the self-organized scale for measuring occupation burnout of medical staffs, 4575 medical staffs were investigated with questionnaire for occupation burnout of medical staffs. The data was processed by single and multiple factors analysis and regression analysis. Results Society environment is the protective factor of occupation burnout, and the regression coefficient is - 0.015. While organization environment, working environment, scale of hospital and working section office are the risk factors for occupation burnout, and the regression coefficient is 0.040 ~ 0.258, P < 0.05. Conclusions Occupation burnout is a composite phenomenon affected by many variables. Occupation burnout of medical staffs is related to organization environment, working eavironment, scale of hospital and section office of working.
