目的 探讨临床护士自我管理能力评价的指标体系.方法 通过文献分析、专家咨询和小样本人群检验,筛选出40个用以评价临床护士自我管理能力的指标项目,使用Likert5点量表形式,对南充市内6家医院的258名护理人员、带教老师、护理管理者调查.结果 不同职位的人员对各指标项目在评价临床护士自我管理能力方面的重要性程度的认识有一定差异;临床护士自我管理能力评价指标体系的结构维度包括4个方面:自我认知、自我计划、自我教育、自我控制.结论 形成的36项评价指标体系,适合评价临床护士的自我管理能力,且具有相对重要性,可作为进一步评价临床护士自我管理能力的基础.

Objective To explore an evaluation index system of clinical nurses' self-management capability.Methods All together 40 items of indexes were selected for evaluating clinical nurses'self-management capability through references analysis,expert consultation and small sample test.A total of 258 nursing administrators,nursing teachers and nurses in 6 hospitals of Nanchong city were investigated by Likert five-point scale.Results There were some differences among the different personnel of position in terms of their recognition on the importance of all indexes items for the evaluation of clinical nurses'self-management capability.The structural dimensionality of the evaluation index system included four aspects as followings:self-concept,self-planning,self-education,self-control.Conclusions The evaluation system with 36 items indexes suits to evaluate clinical nurses' self-management capability,which is important to serve as a basis for further evaluation of self-management capability.
