目的 了解临床护理实习护生对<护士条例>的知识掌握程度和学习态度,为医院对临床护生的管理提供信息.方法 运用方便抽样的方法对某三甲医院的实习护生进行问卷调查,共调查护生182人.结果 受访者总平均分为5.779,受访者的<护士条例>知识处于中等水平;实习护生对<护士条例>的掌握在中专、大专和本科学历之间差异有显著性,学历越高,得分情况越好,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);临床护生对<护士条例>的学习态度上也有明显的差别,认为有必要学习<护士条例>为145人,占86.31%;而认为没有必要学习的人数为14人,占8.33%.结论 实习护生对<护士条例>相关知识的掌握情况不理想,亟待加强对该条例的学习,应采用多种途径提高护生对<护士条例>的认知水平,为今后走上工作岗位后能更好地开展护理工作打下基础.

Objective To understand the cognition level and attitude of the clinical student nurses to the knowledge of the law of nurses. Methods A questionnaire concerning the law of nurses knowledge was made and the questionnaires were distributed among the nurse students in a third grade hospital. Results The clinical nurse students of the knowledge of the law of nurses was moderate level according to the average score 5.779 among 182 student nurses. It had showed that high educational background students had more score. It was obviously different between junior nurses, intermediate nurses and senior nurses (P<0.001 ) . The attitude of the clinical nurse students to the knowledge of the law of nurses also was evidently difference. 145 students (86.31%) considered the learning was necessary, 14 students (8.33%) had the opposite opinion. Conclusions It has been manifested that clinical teachers should use diversified way to improve the nurse students' cognition in order to have better basic in future clinical nursing work since their knowledge of the law of nurses is not so good.
