目的探讨滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者父母教养方式与护理干预措施后的效果.方法通过对60例滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者,在入院及出院后半年用一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)和护士用住院病人观察量表.(NOSIE)调查其成因、父母教养方式及运用护理干预措施后的成效.结果滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者中成瘾原因主要是好奇心46.7%,学校和网吧是主要服食场所;在SCL-90评定中以躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁和偏执因子分明显增高,父母教养方式量表中,父亲和母亲情感温暖与理解、过分干涉、拒绝否认和父亲惩罚严厉因子评分与常模比较,经过治疗后半年时NOSIE中患者的社会能力、激惹及抑郁因子都有明显改善,均存在显著性统计学差异(P<0.05).经过护理干预措施后的患者复食率26.8%.结论父母正确的教养方式对防止滥用联邦止咳露成瘾患者复食很重要,注重教育引导和监管,有效的护理措施可降低患者复食.

Objective To discuss the effect of parents education way and nursing intervention on the Federal cough water addiction patients. Methods A total of 60 Federal cough water addiction patients were assessed by the ordinary circumstances examination table, the symptom from comments the meter (SCL-90), the parents educates way appraisal meter (EMBU) and the nurse observes meter (NOSIE) at in hospital and out of hospital latter part of a year. Results The mainly reason about Federal cough water addiction was the curiosity (46.7%) , the school and the Internet bar were the mainly taking nourishment place. In the SCL-90 evaluation, the scores of somzatiza-tion, interpersonal sensitive, anxious, despondent and a biased factor minute were obviously increased. In EMBU, the father and the mother emotion warms with the.understanding, interference, refusing to deny and the father excessively punishing were significantly different compared with norm. The patients' social ability, annoys and the despondent factor were improved after treatment for half a year (P <0. 05) . The refeeding rate was 26. 8% after nursing intervention. Conclusions Parents' correct education way is important to prevent refeeding of Federal cough water addiction, education and effective nursing can decrease the rate of refeeding.
