本文采用国产材料制成肠杆菌科细菌快速检测系统,该系统包括15种生化反应,4小时可观察结果.经59株标准菌种的检测证明,总符合率为100%,625株临床检出菌株的对比表明,本系统与常规方法的符合率为97.7%,70株细菌采用API-20E系统与本系统对比,二者的符合率为98.5%,20株细菌应用AMS与本系统对比,符合率为90%.

The Huashan-86 system,a new identification kit for Enterobaeteriaeeae.consists of 15 biochemical tests which are Voges-Proskaueu(VP),nitrate reduetase(N),phenylalanine deaminase(PD),hydrogen sulfide(ES),indo]e(I),ornithine deearboxylase(OD),lysine decarboxylase(LD),malonate utilization(M),urease(U),esculin hydrolysis(E),β-galactosidase(0NPG),arabinose(ARAB),adonotol(ADON),inositol(INOS)and sorbitol (SORB).A total of 625 clinical isolates from the family Enterobacturiaceae was tested by Huashan-86 and conventional media.Overall agreement between the two was 97.7%.70 strains of K.pneumoniae identified with conventiaonal method were tested by API-20E and ttuashan-86 system at the same lime.The agreement between the two was 98.5%.20 strains of family Enterobacteriaceae were tested by AMS and Huashan-86 system,the agreement was 90%.59 sfandard strains of 26 species of Enterobacteriaceae were tested by Huashan-86 systerm,the results agree perfectly.
