目的 探讨不同学历、不同学院、不同年级男护生归因方式与职业认同感、学习自我效能感、学习动机的差异及其相互关系和影响.方法 采用多维度-多归因因果量表、职业认同感问卷、大学生学习自我效能感量表、学习动机量表对220名男护生进行问卷调查,数据录用采用EXCEL,统计学分析采用SPSS15.0 For Windows软件.结果 大部分男护生的学业成败倾向于作内控归因(能力、努力);学习能力效能感高于学习行为效能感;学习内生动机高于学习外生动机;不同学历、学院、年级男护生归因方式、职业认同感、学习自我效能感和学习动机存在差异.结论 在护理教育中针对不同学历、不同学院、不同年级男护生,分析相关原因,采取不同的措施,让男护生认识并进行正确有利的归因,进而提高职业的认同感、学习自我效能感、学习动机.

Objective To probe into the relationship between different college, different grade male nurse students'mode of attribution and identify with vocation, self-efficiency of study, motivation of study. Methods There were 220 male nurse students who were investigated by multi-dimensionality-multi-attribution questionaire, identify with vocation questionaire, undergraduate study self-efficiency questionaire, study motivation questionaire. Results The result of male nurse students'study was inclined to ability and effort, the ability of study had stronger effect than action of study, intrinsic factor was better than extrinsic factor. There was significant difference between different college, different grade male nurse students' mode of attribution and identify with vocation, self-efficiency of study, motivation of study. Conclusions In nursing education, different college and different grade male nurse students should be adopted different methods to raise their identify with vocation, self-efficiency and motivation of study.
