随着船舶燃油价格上涨,船舶节能技术成为国际造船及航运行业的研究热点。文章介绍了一种基于智能控制的船舶辅机节能技术途径,阐述了智能控制的节能原理,提出了智能控制节能技术方案,通过实施变频调速、应用高效永磁电动机、根据全船平台信息进行自适应的辅机控制调节等技术来降低船舶辅机的能耗,达到船舶节能的目的。

The energy saving technology of marine gets more and more attention in international shipbuilding industry and shipping during the up-trend of ship fuel oil. This paper introduces the energy saving technology of marine auxiliary machine based on intelligent control. The principle of energy saving based on intelligent control is described in the paper. And the technical scheme of energy saving based on intelligent control is put forward. Through the intelligent control technology, which includes the technology of variable frequency speed regulation and the application of permanent-magnet motor and adaptive control of auxiliary machine according to the implementation of the information of the whole ship platform, to reduce the energy consumption of marine auxiliary machines, to reach the ship energy saving.
