受行政区划的负面影响,近年来我国主要经济圈的区域物流一体化进展缓慢。区域物流一体化的实现需要充分考虑我国转型期区域经济增长方式、物流系统特征、政府管制等特点。从空间与时序两个维度进行分析,应建立由利益相关者参与的,基于共同治理、复合治理以及政府监管的跨区域治理机制。

The negative impact of administrative divisions has inhibited the progress of regional logistics integration in China's major economic circle in recent years. The integration model of logistics systems between sub - regional boundary should take into consideraton such factors as the regional economic growth mode, logistics system features and government control. Further analysis is made from both spatial and temporal dimensions that it is essen- tial to establish a cross -regional governance mechanism that involves all stockholders and is based on co -govern- ance, compound governance and government.
