油水井出砂是国内外各油田普遍存在的一个自然现象。从油水井完井开始到采油、注水或修井过程中,每一步施工作业对地层出砂都有影响,其中有些因素可以避免,有些则无法避免。如果地层出砂得不到有效防治,油水井出砂会越来越严重,致使油水井减产、减注甚至停产、停注,严重时还可能造成砂卡、套管损坏或油水井报废。因此分析油水井出砂原因,掌握油水井出砂规律并适时采取有效的防砂措施,控制油水井不出砂或砂面基本保持稳定,以减少冲砂、检泵及大修作业.是油田开发过程中必须解决的一个至关重要的问题。
