根据药学专业的培养目标和教学特点,对有机化学实验教学改革思路和方案、有机化学实验教学创新的措施、规范实验成绩评定制度等方面进行改革。选择适当的实验教学内容,突破传统的有机化学实验教学模式和方法,进一步提高宵机化学实验教学的质量,强化和突出学生的实践动手能力,增强学生的探索精神和创新能力,为培养高素质的药学人才打下坚实的基础。

According to the professional pharmacy training objectives and teaching characteristics, we reformed the organic chemistry teaching reform ideas and programs, innovatived teaching experiments in organic chemistry measures and standardized test performance assessment system and so on. Selecting the appropriate teaching content, breaking the traditional methods of teaching models and experiments in organic chemistry, improving the quality of teaching of organic chemistry experiments and strengthening and highlighting the practical ability of students to enhance the students to explore the spirit and innovation, which developed high-quality pharmaceutical professionals and laid asolid foundations.
