通过对当前隧道防火涂料所用原料的分析,针对隧道用防火涂料的要求,研制出适合隧道装饰的防火涂料,介绍了水性隧道装饰防火涂料基料和阻燃材料的选择及配方优化,经试验测定结果表明：该涂料耐火极限时间较长,黏结强度高,各项技术指标都达到了国家饰面型防火涂料一级标准要求,装饰性能优良,应用市场前景广阔。
通過對噹前隧道防火塗料所用原料的分析,針對隧道用防火塗料的要求,研製齣適閤隧道裝飾的防火塗料,介紹瞭水性隧道裝飾防火塗料基料和阻燃材料的選擇及配方優化,經試驗測定結果錶明：該塗料耐火極限時間較長,黏結彊度高,各項技術指標都達到瞭國傢飾麵型防火塗料一級標準要求,裝飾性能優良,應用市場前景廣闊。

Based on analysis of rnatcrials for tunnel fire-retardant coatings, we have developed the coatings complying with the requirements of tunnel fire-proof. This paper introduces the selection of binders and fire-retardant materials and the optimization of the formulations. Test results show that fire resistance limit time of the coatings is longer, the bonding strength is high and technical properties can all meet Grade I requirements of the national standard for decorative fire-retardant coatings, With perfect decorative property, the fire-retardant can are of broad market prospect.
