为解决电磁线圈绕制时易出现的嵌层、塌陷、堆积突起、排线不紧密和不规则等问题,通过分析绕线时层间匀速运动排线和端点折返排线原理,建立了基于轴向压力补偿的层间匀速运动和端点折返运动精密排线数学模型,开发了相应的S形曲线加减速运动控制算法,并将其应用于某型全自动数控绕线机。试验与应用结果表明,提出的精密排线数学模型和运动控制算法有效解决了数控绕线机电磁线圈精密绕制问题。
為解決電磁線圈繞製時易齣現的嵌層、塌陷、堆積突起、排線不緊密和不規則等問題,通過分析繞線時層間勻速運動排線和耑點摺返排線原理,建立瞭基于軸嚮壓力補償的層間勻速運動和耑點摺返運動精密排線數學模型,開髮瞭相應的S形麯線加減速運動控製算法,併將其應用于某型全自動數控繞線機。試驗與應用結果錶明,提齣的精密排線數學模型和運動控製算法有效解決瞭數控繞線機電磁線圈精密繞製問題。

With the aim of solving such problems that liable to occur during the winding process as winding insert, collapse, close-packing, and its loose and irregular displacing, several mathematical models that of high-precision winding displacement with both uniform motion between windings and endpoint reentry motion were introduced. Through analyzing the principles of uniform motion between windings and endpoint reentry, accordingly the motion control algorithm for S curve acceleration and deceleration was dev'eloped and applied into a CNC winding machine. Based on the practice and appli- cation of the winding principles, the results show that the proposed mathematical models of highprecision winding displacement and its motion control algorithm have tackled the problem of closepacking windings on the CNC winding machine effectively.
