提出一种新颖的零电压开关(zero—voltage—switching.ZVS)全桥变换器。通过在滞后臂并联无源辅助支路提供软开关辅助电流,该变换器可以在宽负载范围实现滞后管的ZVS。辅助网络结构简单,既不影响变换器的主功率传输,而且无源辅助支路产生的能量可以随着负载的变化而自适应的变化。详细分析该变换器的工作原理及无源辅助支路的作用机理,并对电路关键参数进行设计。在此基础上,设计完成一台1kW(28V/35A)、开关频率为100kHz的原理样机,实验结果验证了该种拓扑的优点。

A novel zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) full-bridge converter was proposed. With auxiliary circuit in parallel with the lagging leg, this converter can achieve ZVS for all primary switches in a wide load range. The auxiliary circuit has no effect on the main power transferring path and the energy stored in the auxiliary circuit is adaptive to the load current. The operation principle of the circuit was demonstrated, and the steady analysis was performed. Based on the analysis, a criterion for optimal design was given. Finally, the exper/mental results from a I kW (28 V/35 A) prototype were presented to confirm the operation, validity, and features of the proposed converter.
