山坡露天煤矿地形相对复杂,由于历史原因,往往在矿区存在大量的建筑物和高压线路,在这类区域挖方修路非常困难,而采用内排方式修筑道路,并根据实际情况优化设计,合理组织施工,可以大量节约道路修筑成本,提高露天煤矿的经济效益。
