情境学习理论给予成人学习与培训许多有益的启示。从情境学习理论的视角,就成人学习与培训的取向提出一些思考与建议,如成人学习要关注实践学习与终身学习,习惯于"即时性学习"和"嵌入式学习";成人培训要从知识传授向情境学习转化,要注重现实问题情境的创设,使学员在真实的问题情境中实践与探索等。

Situation study theory inspired us quite a lot in adult study and training.In view of situation study theory,we thought and presented suggestions in orientation of adult study and training,such as we should pay attention to learn from practice and study whole life in adult study,get used to "timely study" and "cut-in study".Adult training should be transformed from knowledge teaching to situation study,we should pay attention to creation of real situation study,so that student can practice and study in true situation study.
