针对磷石膏制酸联产水泥传统工艺存在的传质传热问题,提出磷石膏振动流态化分解制酸联产水泥新工艺。首先通过实验考查磷石膏分解情况,以检验工艺的可行性,磷石膏的分解率达到81.99%、脱硫率为72.72%。为进一步考察新工艺的经济效益,根据实验情况与新型干法水泥工艺,对新工艺主要工作参数进行模拟标定,通过热工方法对新工艺系统进行热量衡算。计算表明,磷石膏振动流态化分解新工艺的熟料理论烧成热耗为5840.7080kJ/kg、热效率为51.89%,新工艺较传统工艺水泥熟料热耗降低了17.94%~22.50%。热效率较磷石膏回转窑提高了6.89—9.89百分点。表明新工艺具有优势。
針對燐石膏製痠聯產水泥傳統工藝存在的傳質傳熱問題,提齣燐石膏振動流態化分解製痠聯產水泥新工藝。首先通過實驗攷查燐石膏分解情況,以檢驗工藝的可行性,燐石膏的分解率達到81.99%、脫硫率為72.72%。為進一步攷察新工藝的經濟效益,根據實驗情況與新型榦法水泥工藝,對新工藝主要工作參數進行模擬標定,通過熱工方法對新工藝繫統進行熱量衡算。計算錶明,燐石膏振動流態化分解新工藝的熟料理論燒成熱耗為5840.7080kJ/kg、熱效率為51.89%,新工藝較傳統工藝水泥熟料熱耗降低瞭17.94%~22.50%。熱效率較燐石膏迴轉窯提高瞭6.89—9.89百分點。錶明新工藝具有優勢。

Based on the transferring problems of heat and mass existing in the traditional process of generation for acid and the cement with phosphogypsum, the new process of vibration fluidization of phosphogypsum is proposed. At first, it is to test the feasibility of technology according the experiment reactions and find that its decomposition rate is up to 81.99%, the desulfurization rate is 72.72%. To further examine the economic benefits of new technology, it can identify the main operating parameters of the new process on basis of the new dry cement technology and the experimental process. Then the new process is calculated by using the method of thermal process. The result shows that: the academic burning heat consumption of the new technology is 5 840.708 0 kJ/kg, and thermal efficiency rate is 51.89%. So the burning heat consumption is decreased by 17.94%- 22.50% and thermal efficiency of rate raised by 6.89- 9.89 percentage points. The new technology has the advantage of energy-saving.
