探讨了以硅酸乙酯和硝酸钙为主要原料制备的CaO-SiO2溶胶的成胶过程。以该溶胶为前驱物,采用直接浸泡法在亚微米级氧化铝超细粉表面包覆了CaO-SiO2玻璃涂层。通过DTA/TGA技术分析了CaO-SiO2凝胶的热分解过程。用TEM观察表明,该玻璃涂层在氧化铝微粉表面上的分布是均匀致密的,其厚度为3~5 nm。

The mechanism of forming CaO-SiO2 sol which was obtained by the hydrolysis of tetraethyl silicate with an aqueous solution of calcium nitrate has been investigated.Alumina powders coated with CaO-SiO2 glass were prepared by liquid coating technology using the sol as precursor.The pyrolysis process of the CaO-SiO2 gel in heat-treatment was studied by means of DTA/TGA.The glass coating was found to uniformly and densely coat the alumina particles by meats of TEM,and the glass coating layer thickness is 3-5 nm.
