The connotation of industry and finance combination is constantly enriched, adjusted and developed with the change and improvement of macro-economic system, financial system, and business system. As industry and finance combina- tion faces new opportunities and challenges in the current situation, we should overcome the ideological misunderstanding of the combination and break through the barriers of it by closely focusing on the changing economic situation. Also it is ex- pected to adapt to the evolution and transition of the combination, choose a reasonable model of the combination according to basic national conditions, and explore a path of achieving the combination. Industry and finance combination is supposed to be implemented effectively by making a clear policy orientation and consummating policy mechanisms.
