本文提出一种变电站远动机无缝切换的实现方法,同时提出CSC2000规约模拟软件的设计与开发,重点阐述利用该软件进行远动机无缝切换校核的调试方法。实践表明,变电站综合自动化改造中,远动机无缝切换可以大大提高工作效率,避免多次对SCADA主站的影响,具有一定推广意义;同时CSC2000规约模拟软件具有高效、便捷的特点,可应用于远动机无缝切换调试中。

A new method for realizing RTU uninterrupted conversion in the transformer substationis put forward in the paper. The design and development of the simulation software based on CSC2000 protocol is also proposed, and then the debugging method for checking RTU uninterrupted conversion with this software is emphatically illustrated in the paper. Practice shows that the method for RTU's uninterrupted conversion can extremely improve efficiency and reduce the effect to the SCADA system, which can be extensively used in the complex automatic system of the transformer substation. Practice also shows that the simulation software based on CSC2000 protocol is efficient and convenient, which can be used to check RTU uninterrupted conversion.
